Synopsis
Someone comes through the door who should not be there. Behind the house Cotto thought she knew is a safe room — and inside it, Andy, assigned to protect a descendant he cannot walk for. Greg is the one who has to stop lying. The chapter plays action against intimacy: the crash of a break-in, the quiet of a locked space, and the first look between two people who will not get a clean introduction. Shante, of course, finds a way onto the night's stage.
